TS1's role system is explicit and granular. Admins configure everything — sensors, zones, users, thresholds, and alerts. Viewers see live data, alarm logs, and reports, but can't change anything. Every permission is listed clearly in the Access Control page so there are no surprises.

Rechargeable by design
IceSpy EMS sensors require a single-use lithium battery replacement every year — the battery gets thrown out, and with the older System 5 sensors, the entire disposable unit was replaced every five years. We chose a different route. TS1 sensors are user-rechargeable via USB-C with over a year of battery life, reducing waste and giving customers a more sustainable long-term platform. Customers can self-charge, or opt into our annual SLA plan where we collect, charge, and return sensors — keeping your monitoring running without any effort on your part.
